She is quick and clearly knows her stuff but she is so cold and has terrible bedside manner with her patients and the parents of patients. Shouldn’t be working with kids in my opinion..

Dr Brown is fast, efficient, intelligent and makes you feel at ease. Concord is lucky to have a neuro-ophthalmologist of her caliber.

I felt as she was very rushed during my daughter’s appointment. Didn’t acknowledge me when I was in the room until mid way into the appointment. She walked in and started talking to my 4 year old about her problems which is great but then never asked my concerns as a mom. Very poor bedside manners.
