She seems very smart, had a good bed side manner. I don't remember any of the procedure so I can't comment on gentleness other than I didn't have any pain after I woke up.

She was knowledgeable, and patient with me, went over all my different issues. Explained what was going to happen, and due to the issues with Salem Health, where I would be going instead of Salem Hospital. It was appreciated to not be talked down to.
