He is such s wonderful doctor . Caring and compassionate. It’s such a pleasure to find a doctor like this!
Surgery was explained in detail - I did not feel rushed through my office visit as I asked questions. The actual surgery was successful, with minimal post surgical discomfort. Would highly recommend Dr. Rao’s services!
Dr Rao came across as cold and arrogant. He may be a wonderful surgeon, but I was very turned off by his lack of any sort of bedside manner. I do not intend to pursue any care with him. What a contrast from Dr Wollf.
Went in with a pain 10, was given a few drugs and my pain is a 9, i tried calling saying i was in incredible pain and he didnt do anything about it. Also when i first met him within the first fee seconds he told me he probably wasnt the right doctor for me and did not review any of my xrays with me. I have been in incredible pain and he didnt seem to care enough or believed how Much pain im in. I hope that doctors can start actually caring about there patients. His assistant sarah is wonderful- feel she is being held back from her full potential because of dr. Rao. Extremely disappointing and discouraging. Also that he is letting me live in pain for days until he reviews an mri which can take anfew days to a week!! My pain has kept me from sleeping or doing anything.
Excellent doctor. He took the time to explain everything carefully. His professionalism and expertise was very reassuring.
