My prostate is greatly protruding into my bladder…. which is called Intervesical Prosthetic Protrusion. (IPP) I am probably grade 4. We did not talk about that aspect. All of the material could be removed with a TURP procedure but it also has rough side effects. It would be nice if my case could be discussed at a staff meeting. Perhaps these cases are still successful with the PAE procedure.
