Sandeep Patel, M.D.

Dr. Sandeep Patel received his pre-medical and medical schooling, respectively, at Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College and Baroda Medical College in his native India.

Following his medical internship, Dr. Patel returned to the United States, where he had lived during most of his childhood and adolescence. He completed his U.S. internship and residency and a fellowship in interven­tional cardiology at Yale University/Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, Connecticut.

Prior to joining the CIS Thibodaux staff, Dr. Patel was in private practice in New Haven and in Tennessee. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
