He is very professional, patient oriented and kind. He takes his time explaining test results, medication changes, why certain tests are required and encouraging/positive.
The staff from signing in, being called back, processed by the techs and nurses and taking your blood thru check out are friendly and helpful as well.
I've recommended Dr Chandra to everyone who asks do I know of a good cardiologist!

Throughout his career, he has been involved with community service programs, including tutoring for Magnet schools in the New York area, as well as volunteering his time to area free clinics in Rhode Island and Atlanta. He has regularly published articles in local health forums and periodicals. He has been a featured consultant and lecturer on many cardiovascular disease topics, including cardiovascular disease in women and the relationship of stress on the heart.
Dr. Chandra performs cardiac catheterization, diagnostic peripheral arteriography, echocardiography and nuclear stress test interpretation and consultation.
His clinical interests include preventive cardiology and lipid management, metabolic disorders, and nuclear cardiology.
He personally enjoys skiing, hiking, kayaking, computer applications and music.
