Wait time is an hour+. He seems knowledgeable, well educated, however condescending and belittling. Perhaps not the best doctor for a middle aged woman. Overall he is fine.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Ramirez, and I was quite pleased with my visit! He took his time asking me questions about my health and my history. He also shared his history with me-his education and how long he’s been practicing medicine; and also about his family. I was a bit anxious about seeing a new doctor for the first time, especially a male doctor, since my primary doctor for over 20 years was a female doctor.

11am appointment called in at 12:15 & saw doctor about 12:45…unacceptable to have to wait that long!

Dr. Ramirez is very attentive in seeing that I get the care needed, and is a good listener. He was so accommodating in getting my surgery clearance done, though I was initially scheduled for only an annual check up. I always get great response when contacting him and his MA through the Elation app for appointments and prescription refills.

Dr.Ramirez was not very professional during my last visit. When he saw me, he seemed irritated, saying "you again!" And then said, "I'm not going to speak Spanish, because I'm not comfortable with it... I am going to tell everything in English!" His demeanor and attitude toward me was very rude and unprofessional.

I’ve always liked going to BAC for the last 20 years. The transition was a little tough not gonna lie, but things are smoother and the outreach is better and the staff is great as are the doctors they’re very attentive.

He is a great Dr listens to you and then makes diagnoses.

This MD has terrible bedside manners. He was very dismissive of my concerns. Was only focused on looking at his labtop and documenting. No eye contact. I had a family member with me in the room and at the end of the visit they commented, "Doctors are supposed to listen to their patients. This MD didn't even let you speak and when you did he would immediately speak over you." The MD has a very condescending and close minded tone. After this visit I will be changing PCP. This visit was a waste of time and money for me.
