Samuel C. Pitts, DO

Dr. Samuel Pitts is a board certified orthopedic surgeon practicing general orthopedics with special interests in hip, knee, and shoulder replacements, as well as sports medicine and arthroscopy, fracture repair, hand surgery, and foot and ankle procedures. He uses the latest and most up to date techniques to provide faster recovery times, shorter stays, and higher patient satisfaction. Dr. Pitts is proud to provide top of the line care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Pitts received his undergraduate degree in biology from Augusta State University and his medical degree from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia.

Dr. Pitts is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and also serves as a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Georgia Orthopedic Society.
