Samuel S. Ornell, MD

Dr. Samuel Ornell, MD, received his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma and his medical degree from The University of Texas Health San Antonio with a distinction in research. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Texas Health San Antonio and then went to complete his training with a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery at Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, FL.

Dr. Ornell specializes in general orthopedic trauma, periarticular fractures, fractures of the pelvis, and complex bone and soft tissue injuries.

In his spare time, Dr. Ornell enjoys watching Oklahoma Sooners football, NHL hockey, fishing, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
