I would rate my Advanced Urology Institute Appt from 14 August as 3 stars. My reasoning is I felt like everything was rushed. It started with account issues (I have addressed this several times and still not resolved), to the from desk receptionist taking me back for my urine sample. Then , 20 minutes till a nurse appeared in the room to ask me my weight and height, to an additional 20 minutes before the doctor arrived. He seemed in a hurry, asked me some questions, and then said the nurse would be back to scan my bladder. 5 minutes later the nurse scanned and I was on my way.
