The facility was clean and organized, and I appreciated the staff taking X-rays and gathering information. However, I was disappointed that I never met with the physician. The PA initially explained that she was collecting information for the doctor, so I expected the doctor would come in to review my case and discuss treatment options. Instead, the visit concluded with recommendations from the PA only. As a patient seeking a second opinion for an ongoing knee issue, I was hoping for a more thorough evaluation and a direct discussion with the physician regarding my diagnosis, imaging findings, and treatment options. Better communication regarding who would be providing care and what to expect during the visit would have greatly improved my experience.

Had complete knee surgery Monday June 15 .Walking with cane by Thursday. Doing great. He is the BEST

Dr Lake has been my doctor for 4 years. I've had one surgery with him. Hes an excellent surgeon and doctor.

I met with Samuel Lake. During the appointment, I felt that my concerns were dismissed almost immediately. Before asking meaningful questions about the accident, the severity of my injuries, how long I had been experiencing pain, or what treatments I had already tried, I was instructed to raise my arm. I explained that I could not fully raise my left arm because of the injuries I sustained when the left side of my body was impacted during the accident. Rather than discussing my symptoms or exploring the cause of my limitations, I felt as though my pain was being questioned. When I also explained that I continued to experience significant elbow pain, my concerns were quickly brushed aside and attributed to "tennis elbow" without any meaningful discussion of how the accident may have contributed to my symptoms. What was most disappointing was that I left the appointment with no clear explanation, no treatment plan, and no guidance on what steps I should take next to improve.

Straight to a point.Very thorough with the procedure and the care after surgery. Outstanding!

Dr. Lake was attentive and thorough, problem-solving my issue. He explained everything and made me feel relaxed.

Had 2 cortisone shots. Excellent at giving shots. Very patient with his patients. Love him. Won't go to anyone else.

Dr. Lake was very helpful, caring, explained what knee replacement would entail, answered all of my questions and concerns.
