Would have liked some sort of "what to expect" paperwork after my cortisone injection. But the procedure itself was great and I was kept very informed during the shot itself.

Disappointed in the time I had to wait. This is the second time I was there 2 hours…

The demeanor of the Dr was very condescending. Staff did not listed to my problems. When I asked details about prescription, he would not provide information to my concerns.

Dr Lake is awesomely open, straightforward and professional. Has an amazing staff as well.

I like Dr.Lake. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis and he has a very good bedside manner. One of my colleagues has had surgery done by him he seems to be very happy with his experience. I’m going to allow him to do my surgery as soon as I can get my weight down.
