Samuel H. Payne III, MD is a fellowship-trained Hand Surgeon and Plastic Surgeon at Georgia Hand, Shoulder, Elbow in Atlanta and Marietta, GA. He welcomes patients with upper extremity conditions as well as those in need of plastic surgical reconstruction throughout the body. Dr. Payne specializes in both nonoperative and operative treatments of the hand, wrist, and elbow. He has a particular interest in nerve injury and reconstruction.
