I was completely ignored. I was not listened to. I drove almost an hour to an appointment that was online. I was NOT informed that it would be an appointment through a camera. I was gaslit by the doctor. It took longer for me to fill out the paperwork than the appointment itself. She clearly did NOT care about anything or anyone. She basically repeated everything I said to her. She was VERY unhelpful.

Would rather see in person, but, via computer screen was fine.

They didn't listening to me. I also believe I was misdiagnosed. I was told that my tremors are caused by caffeine sensitivity and anxiety. I attempted to tell the doctor that it takes a high dose of caffeine to induce tremors. I was ignored. Further more I was reasonably calm and yet I still had tremors. I've had three other doctors rule out caffeine and anxiety.
Because they were listening rather than clinging to a couple of details despite evidence to the contrary.

I wish I could see her in person. I understand why it has to be by the other way.

She took the time to listen to you, and she was very intentive. I would recommend her to anyone.
