Super nice but the appointment did feel quite rushed.
He always take care to listen to my needs
Dr Puri took time to explain everything thoroughly and understandably. He did an excellent job on my thumb.
Good discussion of treatment options and outcomes.
Very good Dr Puri informed me of what I had. Explained the procedure for the treatment.
So far so good. He was very nice and his staff was friendly. I do wish doctors and nurses in general would talk more slowly and not be in such rush so I can understand them though.
After multiple attempts to clarify my PT orders, he told me the reason I am in so much pain is the lack of movement. After I and my PT office called to get orders clarified. Asking specifically for more PT appointments and to come out of the sling. The lack of communication and time to get a call back is out of my control, yet somehow I should have know exactly what to do to heal. I'm very disappointed that the only interventions to help my pain were things I suggested, and that I just need to accept this pain.
Talked me through the surgery
Very personable,
Personable, efficient and knowledgeable. :)
