Sameen Nooruddin, MD

Dr. Sameen Nooruddin, M.D., was born in Karachi, Pakistan. She moved to British Columbia, Canada, when she was five years old. She finally made it to Dallas, Texas, when she was twelve years old. She graduated cum laude from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Child Development. She earned her medical degree at the University Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). During her time at UAMS, the only Level I trauma center in all of Arkansas, she cared for some of the highest-risk obstetric and gynecologic patients throughout the entire state.

Dr. Nooruddin is dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care. She believes in educating her patients and providing them with the tools to allow her patients to make informed decisions about their health. Her clinical interests include comprehensive gynecologic care, including caring for adolescent patients and menopause management, abnormal pap smears, high-risk pregnancies, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She enjoys caring for women throughout all stages in life and creating long-lasting patient relationships.

Outside of work, Dr. Nooruddin enjoys spending time with her husband and their goldendoodle, Murphy. They enjoy traveling, two of their favorite places include Thailand and Spain, skiing, and exploring the Houston food scene!
