What stands out most is how thoughtful she is — she takes the time to really listen, explains things clearly without rushing, and makes me feel like a person, not just a diagnosis. Her expertise is obvious, but it’s paired with genuine warmth and compassion, which makes an enormous difference when navigating something this hard.
