Dr.Shams is a star on many accounts. The best way I can explain our relationship is that she is like the sister I never had. Our conversations are very frank, built with mutual trust over 30 years of being a patient. She is very knowledgeable and relatable. I always look forward to my appointments because they are always positive and I feel like I have some control over my treatment.
