Originally from Faribault, Minnesota, Dr. Sam Kuchinka, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2013 and then completed Ophthalmology Residency at Saint Louis University in beautiful Midtown Saint Louis, MO, in 2017. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Prior to joining Relf Eye, Dr. Kuchinka practiced Comprehensive Ophthalmology in Northwest WI and Upper Michigan beginning in 2017, focusing on Cataract Surgery, Refractive Laser Correction, Micro-Invasive Glaucoma procedures, and Oculoplastic Surgery.
