Dr. Sclafani listens and validates your concerns, making you feel like an individual rather than just another case file. He sits and speaks with you about your injury and I never felt rushed. What impressed me most is his collaborative approach to ensure the treatment plan is comprehensive. He included alternative therapies in my treatment plan and I never felt rushed or dismissed—just genuinely supported by a doctor which is hard to find in my opinion.
