I felt that the Dr. wasn’t listening because he cut me off when explaining my symptoms. He answered a 5 minute call in the middle of my visit without saying excuse me. His MA was so mean and rude. I don’t think she had one bone of empathy in her body. I called the office to reschedule an appointment and the phone rep just placed the call on hold without asking and when I asked did she place me on hold without telling me she laughed and said yes. I don’t even trust this office at this point. I think we need more people in the medical field because they care and not for the money.

Unfortunately, I do like Dr. Din but, he doesn't seem to be as attentive to past notes as he was and I have had to remind him of things that were done . That concerns me somewhat.
