Dr. Chinichian did my lasik procedure and was phenomenal. I was so nervous, about the procedure itself, but he eased my anxieties by talking me through each and every step of the procedure and making it a seem like a piece of cake. He took the time to answer any questions and was so genuine and nice. I’d recommend him for anyone who is looking to undergo a corrective vision procedure.

I was taken to a room to meet with surgeon, I was forgotten about after about 30 minutes the tech opened the door and said I could leave. I told her I never saw the surgeon, she left came back and took me to another room, where I finally spoke to the surgeon. I then waited to speak to a counselor, she came out and told me her pc was down and asked if she could call me Monday. I said sure. Well I tried calling the counselor several times, left several messages and its been a whole week and still no contact.

Dr. Chinichian is very friendly and takes time to explain and answer any questions I had. He should work somewhere else so he's not being held back by this company.
