Good bedside manner, listens & explains things thoroughly. Does a great job of assessing my baseline understanding before going in depth with explanations. Would recommend.
Dr Hatic is amazing!
Dr Hatic listens to concerns. Offers options to help concerns.
Excellent service
Wanted a resident to do the shot in my knee instead of him. I was told that it wasn’t rocket science by Dr. Hatic whom I have admired so much. Then I couldn’t get an afternoon appt for Sept from Lindsay. You supposedly have to fill up the mornings first. She would not ask a supervisor for me. Do I go home and wait a week or two until the mornings are filled up for an appointment in the afternoon? I sure did not feel very special at all and I used to feel cared for by the Dr who I thought would be doing my knee replacement. I have other commitments on many mornings and obviously Lindsay doesn’t care. It just becomes a battle of wills and a Drs office shouldn’t be run that way. Obviously I’m not important at all in this practice and I used to feel so good after seeing Dr. Hatic before.
Friendly people. Dr Hatic is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Excellent bedside manner.
Straightforward, responsive to my concerns!
Took months to get in only to be disregarded. Total waste of time.
Explained things well, took the time to listen.
