Dr Bell is very thorough and seems very knowledgeable.
In a hurry and not very informative
She was very caring and compassionate about my swollen eye that I woke up with. Assured me if it wasn't better the next day, which was a Saturday. Do not hesitate to call, as she would be in the office. On Saturday, her staff called to check on me. I'm so thankful for doctors who still care.
Dr. Bell is kind and caring. Answers all your questions. Doesn’t rush. Easy to understand. I would never look for a new eye doctor.
Extremely knowledgeable regarding dry eye syndrome and willing to work with me to get the right medicine to help my condition. Very clear instructions. I felt like part of a team.
Heather explained everything to me, in greatbdetail, allowing me to make the decision about my cataract situation! Also, the office staff was exceptional, which is very different from.what i usually experience in this office! Kudos!
