Dr. McClatchy gave his assessment in a calm and measured demeanor. He showed genuine concern . Treatment options were discussed and he listened to me and we discussed each coarse of treatment thoroughly. I felt he treated me with respect. He gave me the most pain free injection I have ever received. Ever. 1st appointment and I am already a fan of this doctor.
