I went in with a wrist injury to get a doctor's note for some time off work to recover and do physical therapy. This doctor never once asked for my pain, and after seeing my MRI and deciding I didn't need surgery completely brushed me off. He was not empathetic to my current situation, never asked about my job duties and how my injury would affect it, and even though I am in incredible pain and can only use one hand, he decided I was qualified to go back to work the next day, and in doing so, his note denied me workman's compensation for the time off that I need to recover my partial torn ligament. The doctor was curt, bordering on rude, and maybe a fine surgeon but is a terrible person to see if you need workman's compensation forms or notes for your bosses. I will never go see him or anyone at this clinic ever again. As a result of his note, I will be forced to go out of work for several weeks and cannot receive workman's compensation pay, and will also have to pay for physical thera
