Very positive and thorough Dr. I did what he asked of me and I’m healed. Next time I need an orthopedic doctor I will make an appointment with Dr Ziegler.

Dr. Ziegler always takes the time with me & answers all my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed or leave there not understanding my treatment plan. His nurse is just as good, always wrapping up the visit with nothing left unturned. I love that she always schedules our next appointment before we even leave the exam room.

Friendly and informative!

He was wonderful! In the very last minute he squeeze my daughter in for an appointment for her knee, took his time talking with us, explained everything to us, was patient with us as we were anxious, got her scheduled for an MRI the same day and then call us on our way home because the results got in and he didn’t want to make us wait. Wonderful, I highly recommend him.

Late both times and never made an effort to focus and maybe save some time. Sit up straight; lounging like a teenager shows no respect for your patient. Said call with questions, but when I did, a nurse said make an appointment. When I did, my appointment was 45min late, he asked me questions then constantly interrupted me when I tried to answer, rubbed my wrist, looked at old xrays, and said get an mri. Couldn’t do that by phone and save me a bunch of time and money? Disrespectful and inattentive.

Dr. Ziegler took the time to communicate in a very human and personal way, keeping the medical jargon to a minimum. He helped me make the decision I needed to at this time!
