Had a procedure done in the office by Dr Vincent recently, Staff nor Dr Vincent spoke upon entering procedure room just proceeded with the procedure, said stick and burn, proceeded with injection in my back, No reassurance given when I felt severe discomfort during the procedure at all. This was my first time having this done in office. Just felt The atmosphere could have been more pleasant. This could have eased some of the tension in the atmosphere.
