My only complaint is that I'm very visual and would have liked to see my xrays. I'm very curious about the extent of arthritis and damage done.

Excellent communication and explanations for every thing we discussed, as always. He’s very kind and never makes me feel rushed. Perfect technique every time. I wouldn’t want any other hand doctor for my injections.
Dr. Ryan Tarr attended the University of New England with high honors in Biology. He then attended and received his Doctor of Medicine from the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His postdoctoral training includes residencies at the Kettering Medical Center working at Grandview, Southview, and Kettering hospital's specializing in orthopedic surgery. After his residency, he completed his fellowship at Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center specializing in hand surgery.
Dr. Tarr relocated to North Carolina in 2020 after completing his fellowship. He specializes in general orthopedic surgery, elbow surgery, hand surgery, and shoulder surgery. He is board eligible with the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, ASSH, American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, AAOS, and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, AOAO. Dr. Tarr currently resides in the Triangle area with his family.
