Outstanding! Dr. Tarr is a very patient oriented surgeon. For over 25 years I was lead to believe nothing could be done for the bone spurs on my fingers that caused pain. Dr. Tarr removed them and I am successfully recovering!!
I trust his ability and honesty completely .

Love, love, love Dr Tarr. He is so thorough and answers all my questions.
Dr Tarr is an excellent Doctor. I had broken my right wrist five weeks ago. It was recommended I had surgery for my injury. I am so grateful that Dr Tarr had been recommended to me. I felt very comfortable and reassured, that I chose an excellent Dr.to perform my surgery . Thank you Dr. Tarr. Moira B. Presti.
