Waited in pain for 7 weeks for a revisit and in 2-3 minutes was out of room and referred. Had to followup myself to assure referrals sent and they were not. Have to be my own case manager.

Dr. Schnetzer is the most well organized and punctual surgeon I’ve ever met! Very knowledgeable and perfectly capable of handling and solving complex issues with the back.

Dr. Schnetzer has administered steroid spinal injections into my back. The procedures have gone well and I have improvement in my symptoms. He has worked with me to keep me able to complete my scheduled travels this year, before having to consider back surgery.

Dr. Schnetzer is, by far, the most on time physician I've seen. He has a terrific bed-side manner and explains every process thoroughly. He takes time to answer my questions and explain the overall plan at each visit or before surgery.

Finally. the last time I saw him he didn’t talk. A whole new doc this time. Thank goodness. I like him.

Talked way to fast and we felt like he was in s big hurry. Did not show us the MRI or X-ray results. We asked several questions but didn’t understand answers. He was just in a big hurry.

Dr. Schnetzer quickly diagnosed a serious condition and expertly conducted surgery the next day. He detailed both the issue and surgical procedure very well and explained required follow up care. I can't thank him enough.

He is one of the best

On one hand the injection I had was a great easy pain free experience. Ortho ga in a whole has NOT been a good experience at all.I don't get phone calls in a timely manner . I made an appointment in Warner Robins to see him specifically because I'm in Macon and some other women came in instead of him. I am also caught in the middle when it comes to the insurance approval and the office scheduling appts. I am in so much pain I can barely walk. I came into the hospital in tears to get the injection in my back. Shouldn't your actual Dr talk to you personally before any procedure is done? Iv only spoken to him once. I'm NOT happy with the treatment from Ortho ga at this point at all.
