Dr. Charette is very thorough, professional, attentive and kind. I've had one knee replacement and one revision with Dr. Charette and they were both a success. I am very pleased with the quality of care I received.

I saw Ryan twice for a work injury to my knee. Both visits were extremely brief and there was no physical evaluation either time. He simply asked a couple questions regarding how the injury occurred, my level of pain and discomfort, and how I was progressing. I explicitly stated how much pain I was in and how I wouldn’t be able to perform at my job. His response was to put me on light duty with minimal restrictions that didn’t take into account the issues I was having.
Long story short, the entire worker’s comp claim

He didn't have too much to say. He took a bunch of gray and I assumed he would be going over each one and he only went over one! His scheduling assistant advise that he would have access to see my prior MRI and I would only need the previous Dr post op notes which I bought but he never even asked to see it! Seems to me that he may have contacted the previous dr to discuss my case which is unprofessional! This visit was a fraud.

Dr. Charette listened to my concerns and wasn't rushed. He set up a game plan to correct the issue.
