He is a wonderful doctor.

20 years coming to this office this was my first bad experience, didn't introduce himself, asked me in the rudest condescending way "why are you here?" Told me my MRI was normal when infact it wasn't and gives me a referral for something completely didn't come for.

My previous doctor at this practice retired to I saw Dr. Charette for the first time for my hip. He came into the exam room, did not say hello, did not introduce himself, did not examine me and did not explain anything to me. Just told me I did not need hip surgery and to get physical therapy. He might be a good doctor, but he needs to improve his interaction with the patients. I will not return to him because at my age I will not see doctors who do not have any interpersonal skills and act like I am an inconvenience to them.

Straight talker.

Never even did physical exam. Only responded to my questions. Didn’t ask me one question about my pain/symptoms.

I said I came for my knee, but no room to add comments about my ankle sprain

Dr. Charette has helped me in the past and help me today in an effort to gain more mobility with my knee.

We appreciate the doctor seeing us, however, it was a waste of time as we had to remove the patient from rehab to get to the appointment, and all that was needed, was a review of the x-rays and call to the rehab facility to indicate no restrictions Were needed.

This was my first visit. I really liked Dr. Charlotte. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I wasn’t seen quite on time, but as soon as I got into the room, a nurse came. X-rays were done immediately. Dr. charrette also came extremely fast. I am waiting to hear from another physician if Cortizone injections are feasible, and will be calling to schedule if they are.

Had my pre surgical visit today. All my questions answered.

He took xrays on my first visit and looked at my knee. Explained to me my options ro take care of knee and I choose shot which worked very well and went back for followup & he was very happy with my results with shot.

I just had total knee replacement 2 weeks ago. I don't know why I waited. Dr. Charette is the best, willing to take time to answer all the questions.

It felt great walking out of there, but after I sat for an hour, it started throbbing and very tender to walk now. I did not get any advice as to heat or ice when I got home. Of course, it was my fault for not asking. Very satisfied with prompt and courteous treatment by all staff members. Never really got a diagnosis.

Pleasant manner but an exceedingly brief visit with no examination of the knee in question and no suggestions for treatment just "call if you have a problem" No feedback on xray results.Frankly rather a waste of time .At least I know I can get a n injection P R N which is nice. nice.

Doc was good; my daughter liked the fact he’s young as it gave her confidence in him. Only issue is the pain medication prescribed is not available-the pharmacy did not contact me…they contacted the office and no provision was made before closing hours. So now I have to address this myself with medication I have at my disposal. Not really ideal - even I know that given I’ve been working in healthcare for 39 years.

Came in for a follow up for my knee. Did not even look at the knee. Told me he could not perscribe any new meds.

Was so happy everything so far the knee feels so good very good Doctor would have my vote and would refer him to all the doc to every one I know

I feel that the doctor was too quick with my dads visit. He never introduced himself didn't make a follow appointment. Why because my dad is elderly???? He fractured his hip and is in a lot of pain. Take Tylenol. 🙄

Went in for a recheck on my ankle sprain. Dr. Didn't even bother having me take off my walking boot to even look at my ankle. He was in the room for less than 3 minutes, never even laid eyes on my foot. We discussed pain level for a few seconds and I basically had to ask for PT. Given my long history of ankle issues, I felt it was necessary.

Not a great bedside manner. Didn’t introduce himself, ask me anything about pain level or my concerns. Acted like I was wasting his time. Very dismissive.

Waited an hr for my 1:30pm visit & told the dr this when he came into the room & all he did was showed me my chart that the appt was for 1:45pm, still waited an hr and the dr said nothing more. Won’t be returning!
