Dr. Molli was genuinely caring and calming prior to surgery. He took his time - not rushed with me as he listened to my responses. His prayer 🙏 was sincere and brought a sense of peace.

Dr. Molli was very nice and answered any questions that we had. I know I am in the best surgical hands for my upcoming surgery.

Surgery was great in itself, like the first surgery, but post op scripts were not sent on time to pharmacy, nor did we receive our post op supplies in time. AS A RESULT, we were not able to charge our compression sleeves to have them in time for our homecoming. These problems in themselves would have been surmountable if my husband hadn't had post surgery complications having nothing to do with Dr. Molli, but such complications are anticipated as a possible problem, making it imperative that protocol be followed each and every time. We believe that we replaced a canceled surgery, thus causing this situation. We don't know for sure where the hiccups occurred, but the buck stops at the top. My husband had an emergent situation that resulted in a visit to the ER the same afternoon after we had to be present for the surgery an hour and a half from home at 6AM! And then no meds by the time we arrived at home on that PM! It created an unnecessaroly chaotic situation for us.

Not just 5 stars for Dr. Molli (wish I could reward more) but the same for his team. I had surgery today and I must have had personable contact with 15-20 of Dr. Molli’s team and EVERY SINGLE team member was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Several humored me by laughing at my “jokes”. Aw, heck with it…11 stars!

A native of Northwestern Pennsylvania, Dr. Molli completed his undergraduate education at Mercyhurst College and earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, Pennsylvania.

The practice was built on principles of pre-operative risk stratification, medical optimization, comprehensive patient education, and exceptional surgical and post-surgical care, supported by ongoing data-driven research and innovative practice development initiatives.
Dr. Molli has been published in multiple peer-reviewed medical journals and actively participates in ongoing clinical research. He established the Whole Health Research Institute and Molli Medical Consulting Company (M2C2), an orthopaedic implant, instrumentation, and practice development consulting firm.
