My appointment was at 8:20 am! I was brought into the room right away and waited until 9:20 am for the Doctor to arrive for a 5 minute consultation and a shot in my right knee. This is not the first time!!! Most appointments take an hour which is unacceptable! I like Dr McNeilan but the staff makes no good scheduling of appointments! It should not take an hour for a 5 minute procedure. Dave Miller

Was there 3 hrs and 15 minutes! Waited over 2 hrs to get called back then once in there they decide to get X-rays. Why didn’t do this during the 2 hr wait?? Was in the exam room another hour. Dr mcneilan & krista the PA were great though. No complaints with them.

As a nurse, working in the surgical area, I have seen first hand what an excellent surgeon that Dr McNeilan is. Not only his skill and precision but also the way that he truly cares for his patients and wants the best outcomes for them. That is why I chose to go to him for my own surgery. He always explains all the options, his recommendations, answers all your questions then has you decide your course of treatment. He is very conservative and cautious, I appreciate.
