Very friendly and attentive. Addressed my issues and offered various options.
Very down to earth and personal. Did not talk down to us and took his time and answered all of our questions. I hope I don’t have to see him again but if I do, I know it will be a pleasant experience! God bless Ryan, his family and all the staff at OIO!! Tim & Rita Clutter
He was very polite. He told us exactly what was going to be done and how. Which is nice when you have a 9 year old to help comfort her. Very appreciative of him and how he does his job.
