Dr. McNeilan is wonderful! He let me know from the beginning what I needed to do for my TLKR & I made a complete recovery in 6 months. He always answered all my questions & I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. McNeilan to anyone.

Dr McNeilan was polite, asked questions about the history of my injuries (but hadn't read what treatments I've already attempted) and suggested a conservative course of action that will not resolve my overall condition. He spent little time on the images taken and more on speculation. He had no desire to assist in pain management other than a cortisone injection and suggested I seek out a pain management doctor. He then told me I would have to wait for some time to be seen by one. I got the impression that he assumed every person in pain was a drug addict instead of someone who has a legitimate injury (and we had just discussed six of mine!) and trying to continue living without feeling utterly miserable.
He also has a very sullen medical assistant who clearly hates her job and feels the same way about patients who have demonstrable injuries that cause acute pain. I left feeling very disappointed and worse than I felt going in.
