Did not give much time for us to discuss questions or concerns. Felt like he was rushing through the consultation - like he has done this hundreds of times. Procedure itself was fine for the first half, but was severely uncomfortable and at times in pain during the last half. Also was not sure if I was suppose to receive a Diazepam for nerves/pain - but never was offered or given one.
This provider listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to understand how my issue was affecting me personally. He demonstrated an excellent bedside manner, genuine compassion, and a strong commitment to caring for the whole person.
Very friendly, professional and answered all my questions, good visit 👍🏼
