Just had an injection shot from Dr. Perry for my lower back pain. It has been a little bit since the shot, and I am still having discomfort, pain in the lower back, numbness in the hip going all the way down to the calf. Hopefully this shot will work. Now I do not know what I can do next.

Physically Demonstrated how my upright posture would crumple over time and how my gait would deteriorate to a shuffle and eventually a wider stance resulting in a waddle. Answered all my questions and concerns directing his explanations to my husband, making minimal eye contact with me, his patient.
