I booked an appt and did not specify which Dr. when I booked I informed them I had a prior knee replacement and they said ok. I arrived for my appt and finally got back and the nurse walked in and noted my previous tkr and said Dr Geringer would not see me because he didn’t do my original (I just move to this area this year) and that they don’t know why they scheduled me with him. I was not seen and was told to reschedule with someone who would. How am I supposed to know? Plus at rescheduling they looked thru and said I guess it has to be with Dr ???. This was ridiculous and a waste of my time
