After waiting an hour, the PA named Rachel came in, spent three minutes with me. She was not very compassionate about my continued numbness & was pretty abrupt. Dr. L is wonderful & Brian Z as well.

I've gone thru 3 different surgeries with Dr.. Livermore & wouldn't go anywhere else. His plan of care is always tailored to us as individuals & not just a generic surgery on a body part. We had 2 very extensive surgeries & after following his recovery plan precisely, none of the 3 have any residual pain. His bedside manner & surgical skills are phenomenal. We very highly recommend him.

His team worked well together to provide him with the necessary information to make a plan for my treatment. He communicated well their assessment.

Receptionist Michelle was extremely rude, this was made up for by the other lovely receptionist, nurse, x-ray tech, and the very professional Dr. Livermore. It is important to learn to communicate in a positive manner. You never know what the patient is dealing with, and dismissing them by talking over them and treating people as if they are "less than" can potentially send an emotionally unstable person over the edge. She needs to be re-educated on how to deal with the public. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed with how after needing to get there 45 minutes ahead of time to check in and then waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time for him, I only got to see him for literally under 1 minute. It seemed super rushed because of how far behind he was.

Great doctor!

Dr. Livermore is great and did an amazing job on my ACL repair. He was also able to save my meniscus by doing a repair rather than shaving it down. The reason for 3 stars is the billing department. I received a notice I was being sent to collections for an amount different from what was stated on my current owed bill. When I called to inquire regarding the discrepancy in amounts, they informed me the bill was still pending insurance. I informed them I will make a payment once the insurance gets finalized as I do not want to overpay due to my HSA account. They stated they would note the account and hold off on sending to collections. Once the insurance billing was complete, they mailed me an updated bill with another different amount, of course. 12 days later they sent me to collections. It is ridiculous to make someone pay on an account which hasn't been finalized and then once it becomes finalized give less than 30 days to pay which is a violation of the Fed. Debt Collection Act.

Have been to see him a few times Now have another issue and was told make an appt. and you will be a new patient. What. Why. You have my info just close the current case and go on. I am not a new patient. My info should still be in your system.
