Excellent Dr. opened up my sinus and I can breathe through my nose at night. Don’t need Breath Right Strips anymore.

This was my second appointment with Dr. Kauffman. My first visit was to assess a swallowing problem; he was thorough in assessing the problem, prescribed meds to help (and it did!), and scheduled another test to see what else was going on. He is a very personable and engaging doctor. He actually listens to your questions and demonstrates genuine interest in and concern for the patient.

Dr. Kauffman is a very nice young man. He treats this old lady with respect. He seems very knowledgeable, though he has ever done for me is clean out my ears twice per year.

He is caring & explains everything to you where you can understand everything you need to know. On of the BEST DR’S I have every had!!

Dr. Kauffman is always wonderful! However, getting through to his office is terrible. Always a 30 minute hold time, you have to leave a message. No one ever returns call. Left message through my chart, totally ignored. They need to work on their phone system!!

You couldn’t be a nicer man he was very caring and sympathetic when necessary. He is extremely knowledgeable and is familiar with everything new. I’ve been going to Dr. Kaufman for over 10 years and I can honestly say he’s one of my favorite doctors ever!

Dr. Singham saw me a few weeks ago b/c Dr. Kauffman wasn't available. I am ALWAYS well taken care of at this office and my sinus infection was diagnosed and I was given antibiotics. I also had a CT scan yesterday 11/11 to make sure there weren't any polops in my left sinus passage. All clear.

He is honestly hands-down the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with! I am not joking when I say I would drive up as of two hours to deal with him before I would allow anybody else to touch my ears. Not only is he awesome at what he does his ability to put you at ease and his customer experience skills are unmatched from any doctor I’ve ever dealt with. If he ever gets tired of looking at peoples ears I have a job waiting for him in the construction equipment world :-)

Have taken my daughter to 3 other ENT doctors and they’ve never given a sufficient answer as to why she has pain and pressure but no infection. Dr. Kauffman talked to her for a bit, diagnosed her and sent in prescriptions along with giving us a plan for preventing it from occurring in the future. Worth the 45 min drive to the Canton office.
