He did not come and talk to us about our family member who had surgery. A nurse came instead. We wanted to know if they were able to remove all the mass, etc. dr Kauffman is usually great but this was very disappointing.

He was extremely knowledgeable, explained his diagnosis to me very patiently. Did not make me feel at all like he was rushing. I am very thankful to have found him as my ENT Doctor!

Dr. Kauffman was very friendly and thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend!

Dr Kauffman is AMAZING! He listens like really listens to what your issues are and he goes from there. He’s not afraid to try something if it works great if not we will find something that does. I trust his judgement and that is VERY rare for me when it comes to the medical field. I will not see any other ENT but him. I met him years ago because no other ENT could help me they always said oh your fine turns out I wasn’t I had deviated septum NO one ever told me about he fixed that and the other issues I was having that I was told nothing about by all the other ent I had seen over the years. Today I can truly breathe and not chock because now I’m taking the correct medication and I now have a diagnosis what was wrong all these years that every other ENT missed. He is TRULY THE BEST ENT ROUND…
