He’s a great doctor!!!! And the gentleman who helped me was awesome explained everything, showed me the difference in last year’s X-rays verses this years and how they are progressively getting worse. Gave me a cortisol shot and told me he understood the situation I was in and if I needed to come back in 3 months I could.

Thorough, responsive, friendly, fast but not rushed. Confidence inspiring. This was the ideal experience.

Dr. Plank wasn’t there to review my MRI results with me but his team did an excellent job with explaining what needed to be done. I dealt with his surgeon assistant, Mike, and he was very attentive to all my questions and needs. Love his team!

Dr. Plank is an outstanding physician. He performed surgery on my left shoulder years ago and today it is pain free. Today I went because I have trigger finger and both hands and he gave me injections to counteract the pain and bring down the swelling. He has a terrific bedside manner. Listens intently to concerns and makes you feel completely at ease.

He’s the greatest!! His surgical team awesome!! I’m thankful and grateful to God for them!! ❤️🙏🙌🏽

I left out of there more confused and my leg still in pain. Called to schedule a MRI and there was no one to take my call. What a waste of time

I didn’t get to see the doctor, however his nurse practitioner was great. I waited quite a long time to be seen and I could’ve used help getting in the building, such as staff bringing me out a wheelchair. I have a fractured ankle and the crutches are very hard to use for all the walking I had to do.

Mike, his NP, was phenomenal!!!! He answered all of my concerns and questions. He was very professional, caring and he knew what he was talking about. Both my husband and I were highly impressed!

I scheduled a “first” appointment with this doctor as I had heard from several people how wonderful he is. I however did not see the doctor (hard to do a review on a Dr. I have never, ever seen. I saw a PA (one of the doctor’s underlings). The PA was excellent/no complaints there. I however was not happy that I called & scheduled with this specific doctor and was given an appointment with HIM and had to wait numerous weeks to get in & and never laid eyes on him Again no complaints about the underling at all as he was professional all across the board. I am not happy that I did not get to see the Dr. I feel as a patient I should have been told up front that I would NOT be seeing the doctor but would be seeing his PA. If I already had an established relationship with the physician and my concerns were known and documented .. I do not have any problem seeing a PA. But that was not the case. I arrived as scheduled and surprise surprise.. you are NOT going to see the doctor. Enough said.

I saw Mike the PA. And I really appreciated his thorough explanation and visual aids that helped me I stand the issue in my right knee. He presented the options that were available to relieve the pain in my right knee and the fix for my right knee. Thank you.

Initial evaluation caused him to request additional X-rays and he confirmed a diagnosis that was difficult to discern from the first set of tests. I highly respect his military service.
