Outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly and knew their job. Wait time was not long and was called back to prep area fairly quick. Dr Gibb came out and explained the procedure. Procedure time was as expected. Mike from NALU explained how to use the device and set it up. Overall very good experience.

I had a nerve ablation, this is my second time. 1st time was with a different pain management dr. I never felt the ablation I was out. With dr Gibb I was awake the whole time and could feel as it was happening. That was not pleasant when compared that I could have no memory of it and not pain while it was happening. Also with the other pain dr. I waited in a private room before procedure here you wait with multiple people it feels uncomfortable.
