Dr. Frank is lovely. He never makes me feel rushed, lets me ask questions, and is open to trying new things. He’s intelligent and curious, but doesn’t come off condescending. I feel very comfortable with him.

Always look forward to my visits

Dr. Frank is awesome. Only oroblem i have is they tell you when you come in that the dr wants you to fill out this questionaire that asks if you feel safe donyou have enough to eat all that. So you do then you get a charge for $20 which the insurance does not cover. Its literally a photocopied set of questions there is no way its $20. My suggestion is refuse to fill it out or they need to say please fill this out there will be a charge.

For example, I was concerned that I needed a cortisone injection. He recommended more consistent oral meds to manage pain before jumping to an injection. I really appreciated this. This was my first meeting with Dr Frank. He’s a good listener and didn’t want to just shove a bunch of pills down my throat. Took the time to answer my questions and explained things to me that I didn’t understand. Not just using a bunch of medical terms which mean nothing to me. Definitely plan to see him again. Would give him a 5 but want to see how my next visits go.

It's hard to advocate for myself when I'm in pain because of my history. It doesn't help when your PCP assumes he knows that history. Never asking about it but when it gets brought up is always assuming.

He Is an excellent communicator with his patients . Takes the time to access things thoroughly .
