Actually saw the nurse practitioner who was fantastic!!

We were at our appt early , checked in at the kiosk and apparently it did not cross to the office computer. I brought it to the staffs attention. She assured me she would let them know in the back. After an hour and 15 minutes we decided to leave. I’m very disappointed. I have no issues with the drs, but this needs to be addressed. I noticed everyone in the waiting are either got their xray and or got called back. We live over an hour away. This is twice we have made trips for nothing. At this point I’m ready to find another pulmonologist. Very poorly run office.

He was very nice and friendly. He seemed to care about what was going on. Only negative was we arrived at 12:45 and didn't leave until almost 4pm.

Very good doctor. He diagnosed me with several things in the hospital last year. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known my platelets were low, my iron was low. I started IVIG infusions & haven’t been back to hospital since. Dr. Beatty is a life saver. ❤️

His nurse practitioners are good and Je clearly is the best ever. Hard to get in to see Him, but His entire staff, office manager, and everyone from scheduling to billing are so kind, professional, courteous. A little bit of a wait, but well worth the wait. Some kind soul there helped me with their new portal also which I plan to use. He is well worth the wait and and I hear good thing come to those who wait!

Appt was at 1:30. Still not seen at 3:00! Told nurse had another appt at 4 and had to leave at 3:30. Got me in with nurse practitioner. This same exact thing happened at old location. If they cant see patients within reasonable time frame I will go somewhere else. Going to try it one more time before making a change.

I have Broniecstasis and MAC. Dr. Beaty keeps on top of getting rid of infections when I get them. He answers all my questions. I totally trust his judgment.

Dr. Beauty is a caring doctor. He listens to your concerns without making you feel crazy. I know one day he will retire. That will be a sad day for me and I'm sure for many of his patients.

Waited over an hour, then was told the Dr. still had two patients in front of me to see. I was not able to continue to wait as I had to find transportation there and could not keep them waiting even longer before I was even seen. When I asked how much longer it would be, the nurse couldn’t tell me and suggested I reschedule. She continued to tell me the Dr likes to take his time with patients, and that is a great thing, however they should schedule accordingly for that extra time he spends with them instead of making people wait two hours to see the Dr. I had to reschedule, and didn’t get any information I have been anxiously waiting to find out for weeks. Very upset when I left and do not like to be treated like my time isn’t worth anything.

Dr. Beaty’s office has taken advantage of every opportunity to automate recordkeeping from check-in and reconciliation on the front end to providing results through the portal on the back end - they are doing it right!

Very personable, patient, thorough, and humorous. He asked great questions, listened intently, and provided assurance that he would find out what the problem is and do everything to help. Great!

Dr. Beaty was very kind and listened to my concerns. He took his time, reviewed all of my previous CT scans, and answered all my questions. I have seen ocher pulmonary doctors, but will be returning to Dr. Beaty for my care. The wait time was a little long, but definitely worth the wait!

Never saw him

I met Dr Beaty when I was in the hospital with pneumonia. He took me as a patient because the Twisted Sisters ( nickname for me and my two sisters). He laughed and said he could no turn all three of us down. That was about 3 years ago and he has been taking great care of me through today. I feel a thousand times better now and have not had pneumonia since. He is always very kind and really seem to care about my health

Saw Nurse Practitioner Skye. As always, she was very helpful and listened to me about my condition. She suggested several treatments and options that should improve my ability to breathe more freely.

Didn’t see the doctor

I did not see Dr Beaty. His PA came into the room that I was placed in to wait for the doctor. She took information that I thought was a lead up to see the doctor. She told me I would see Dr. Beaty, but I never saw him. I have called back to the office and left a voice message concerning a new inhaler ,but my message was never answered.

An excellent physician. We love him and highly recommend him.
