Receptionist alone ; long lines : too long of a wait . In addition , receptionist unable to explain adequately why we need to check in as a medical exam when we’re just there for an eye glass exam … seems to be it’s verging on fraud . I was NOT the only patient concerned about the change : then felt intimidated when the receptions explanation was “ if you check in just as an eye exam we have to charge you for the entire exam & it won’t be billed to your Medicare insurance “ ; that to me border an fraud . Other than that : it was great : the eye exam person is GREAT !

Doctor is competent, but takes little time with patients and didn't bother reviewing the patient chat before entering the room. Major preexisting issues he should have been aware of - including a recent procedure he performed - had to be "discovered"over the course of his very brief time in the exam room. It felt like he was just in a rush to get it over with and finish the day.
