I waited 1hr and 40minutes for a 10 minute visit to only come back to schedule 4 more visits. I can’t believe they didn’t have more heart monitors and have to come back. I hope other appointments are better.

Spends minimum time with patient with little personal interaction. doesn’t spend a lot of time explaining what your condition is and how he proposed to deal with it, he just does it and tells you do do it. I’m sure he’s technically very competent but lack of interpersonal skills is offputting.

Dr. Feygin and the entire CCA team are awesome! They diagnosed severe stenosis in my mid LAD (ominously called "the widowmaker") and promptly put in a stent, sent me to cardiac rehab and got me on proper medications to promote a healthy heart and healthy living. Cardia Rehabe taught about exercise, stress control and proper nutrition. Dr Feygin and his team are the BEST in the Capital Region!!! THANK YOU!

Dr. Feygin is an excellent doctor that takes the time to listen to you and is very thorough. He is one of the best doctors I've ever had!

-waited an hour both times I’ve seen him
-dismissed missing test results as “I don’t need to see them to know”
-I asked for medication literature and got three scribbled words, “go look it up”.
Let’s be clear, he’s a DO, not an MD.
Gets an Ok over a Poor because at the end of the appointment he made a slight attempt at being helpful. I didn’t want to jump to a medication without looking at some alternatives first, so he didn’t want to even continue a conversation. Wouldn’t even entertain the idea of discussing some thing other than a particular med, or, try to allay my fears about taking the meds he was offering.
Looking for a new doctor. I expect more.

I sat in the waiting room for approximately one hour. Was brought into a room and had questions and vitals done. Sat for nearly 1/2 hour waiting for the doctor.
Dr. Feygin come in ask a few questions, gives me results to the last two test I've taken, tells me we're scheduling another procedure and is out of the room in less than 15 minutes. I didn't have time to think of questions, or concerns when he was out the door.
I feel I got the 'bums rush'. Heart problems are scary and require a few minutes to digest the problem and resolve to the problem.
I don't know if this is what normal is these days, but with the cost of medical care, doctors should spend at least 20 -30 minutes with a patient, and not have 4 ro 5 or even 6+ patients per hour.
