This experience was disappointing.
The doctor did not physically examine me.Her assistant did.
The examination was painful.
The doctor did not care to hear what her patient had to say.
She did not recognize the my past history of endometriosis or pelvic floor dysfunction and even negated me when the I explained that I actually bled when I urinated and that a cystoscopy was painful for me.
She negated me when I reported that Vocuenza a reflux medication caused UTIs and told me that was not possible.
When actually it is and was validated by a pharmacist and was listed as a side effect in the pamphlet that came with the medicine.
She barely spent 10 minutes with me.
When my blood pressure was taken the staff left the door opened and asked me personal medical information while people were sitting in the hallway. This is a Hippa violation.
The examination room was filthy and the bathroom was coated in urine and filthy.
The department of health needs to be called.

Dr. Patel is fine, but the wait time to see her was ridiculous. I waited almost 1 1/2 hours to see her for 5 minutes.
