Great doctor but it's VERY DIFFICULT to have a doc that one cannot communicate with on a patient portal.

I brought in a whole year's worth of labs yet he never looked all the way back. He was rude and dismissive. He also didn't like the fact I myself knew information about my issues, most doctors do not like well informed patients they can't make money off of them. Punked me out of 85.00 dollars for a visit yet never performed a examine...WOW! Cut me off when speaking and refused to address my Hashimoto's...oh thats because he did not read all of my labs from last year. Doctors take oaths for healing not for money making...I left your practice crying...sad...Also I really didn't appreciate the fact that he doubted my Osteoporosis diagnosis because I left the paper at home. I guess me telling you about the numerous bones that have broken in my body was not enough. Had you read my labs ALL OF THEM you would of seen my issues. Thanks for proving yet again doctors only care about pushing pills to get their pockets padded. Patient care is not his priority!!! Sad very sad!

He is not all business, but treats me like a person. He walks in and recalls who I am and what we last spoke of. This is rare in my experience with doctors. He sees many patients and me 2 times a year. He also listens to my opinion while I am there - the numbers do not lie, but everyone is different and he listens. Final note - he explains the diagnosis and the reasons for the treatment. Also- from checkin to being in my car leaving total time was 31 minutes by my car clock.

He obviously wants me on hormone replacement therapy. I went to the gynecologist they said something different. He thinks my A1c is fine at 6.8. The endocrinologist wanted my A1c to be 5.8. I tried to explain to him about my blood sugar for the last few weeks have been 190 to 180 through the night and not going down and I was having to correct it a lot. he didn’t listen and didn’t seem concerned.. my prescriptions got written wrong multiple times and nobody’s fixing it. The first visit he acted like he wanted me to be on the pump and this visit he was questioning why I wanted to be on the pump..
