Dr. Roy Carls, M.D., trained at UCLA as a scholarship track and field decathlete, going on to earn a BS in kinesiology pre-med. He serves as Precision’s Chief of Orthopedics.
Dr. Carls joined Navy and earned an MD degree at USUHS Bethesda, MD.
