Roxanna M. Twedt, MD

Dr. Roxanna M. Twedt, MD, is a board-certified specialist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology. Her lifelong fascination with reproductive sciences, combined with her analytical background as a former biostatistician for the State of Nevada Division of Public Health, led her to a distinguished career in high-risk obstetric care.

Dr. Twedt earned her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno. She then completed both her residency and her advanced fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the prestigious Magee-Womens Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).

Her clinical approach and expertise include:

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Twedt is a lifelong piano player and an enthusiast of West Highland white terriers, whom she frequently enters into dog shows. She is married to a Nevada native and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children.
