Not listening to me when I say im uncomfortable doing a colonoscopy because it makes me very sick. And i didnt even come in forcthat i came in about my acid reflux problem. My primary doctor had already set me up with the lab to do a test for the colon. And then the front desk told me i have to call my insurance to get a authorization to even have the test. Which is not correct because I called my insurance and was told I am not to call in to get any authorization the doctors office must do that. So sad to say I won't be going back to this office. And I will just deal with my issues with over the counter stuff because they are the only place on my insurance.

Dr Chuapoco is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. As her patient I find it very easy to talk with her because she listens and explains in layman's language my medical issues.
I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. Her staff are very friendly and courteous
