Outstanding - listens well to input from clients.
Speaks in a clear, concise manner without too much jargon. Very personable with good patient interaction skills.
All respect towards the office it self, but Dr. Melvin left me confused, upset, and feeling hopeless. I unfortunately have been having to see a lot of different specialists, its frustrating being bounced around, and then having a Doctor not listen to you nor help you make the correct decision based on the options he gave you and then decides to tell you it’s anxiety and to follow up with primary care instead of helping me make the best decision to move forward. I then started crying he then asked me what was wrong and I told him I was confused by the options he gave me and that it wasn’t anxiety because I do have that too. I know the difference. He then began to make me feel belittled and had the nerve to say I was attacking him when all I said was I was confused about what to do and upset that he’s going back and saying my issues are related to anxiety. He also sent my charts to my primary care doctor. And lied saying I stormed out yelled at staff. I did not. He lies. He is sexiest.
