Have always been very satisfied with DR Bunch, however my last trip was disappointing. Went in to discuss having a scar revision done (no fault of Bunch) but was informed he doesn’t file on insurance. Flat fee $400. I informed him my deductible was met and I wanted it files with insurance. The office clerk said she would have the insurance department contact me. Well…… no response!! So disappointing!!
